Earth, water, fire, and are the natural elements that represent different aspects of life. Connecting to each one is the basic principle behind the practice of what is called elemental meditation. Join us for meditation in nature, where our being resonated with the side of flowers, the sound of birds, the feeling of the breeze, and connecting to our higher self. This meditation is hosted and lead by Sacred Alchemy Healing Spa owner, Michelle Ithier.
